Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel certain about every LNX piece you keep. If something is not right, return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
30 Days
From the day your order is delivered, you have 30 days to request a return.
Easy Pickup
We arrange collection with our courier anywhere in Egypt — no printing, no post office.
Refunded
Once received and checked, your refund is issued by bank transfer or store credit within 5 business days.
How it works
Request
Message us on WhatsApp at +20 106 086 3352 or email info@lnxclothing.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and what you would like to return.
Pack
Place the items unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached back inside the original packaging so they reach us in the condition they left.
Hand Over
We arrange a pickup with our courier, or agree a drop-off point with you. Keep the parcel packed and ready until it is collected.
Refund
Once we receive and check your return, we refund by bank transfer (Instapay or wallet) or as store credit within 5 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from marks, cologne, or damage.
- All original tags must still be attached, in the original packaging.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer or store credit.
- Final-sale items can be exchanged but not refunded, unless they arrive faulty.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct size or colour exchanges. Stock moves quickly, and we want to guarantee the piece you want is waiting for you.
The fastest path: place a new order for the size or colour you would like, then return the original. Your refund and your new piece arrive on their own timelines, with no risk of either selling out.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event a piece arrives faulty or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at info@lnxclothing.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
