These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LNX website, store, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at info@lnxclothing.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these Terms are breached or if activity on the account places the Service or other customers at risk.

We make every effort to display products and pricing accurately. Colours, textures, and details may appear slightly different on screen due to display variations. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

In the rare event of a pricing or stock error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund. We will contact you before doing so wherever possible.

An order is a request to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. Until that point, we may decline an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

Shipping and returns are handled in accordance with our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these Terms.

LNX is cash on delivery across Egypt. You pay the order total, plus the flat delivery fee shown at checkout, in cash to the courier when your order arrives. Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds and include tax. Please have the exact amount ready on delivery.

All content on the Service — including text, photography, graphics, logos, designs, and the LNX name — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, including via automated tools, scraping, or overload.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LNX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LNX and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
